Ellipse I²PL hair removal treatment offers clinically-proven, safe and effective long-term removal of unwanted hair.
The treatment works by using controlled pulses of light which penetrate the skin and are absorbed by the melanin in the hair. The heat is transferred to the hair follicle which is destroyed making it unable to produce a new hair. The treatment is only effective on growing hairs as these are still attached to the follicle. Thus a course of treatments is required to catch all of the hairs while in their growing (anagen) stage.
